Box Stallion Winery Run – July 2005

David O’Neil and I would like to thank all those who participated on the fantastic club run to the Box Stallion Winery.

We met at the Bunnings car park with a nice mix of Chevs and Pontiacs.
The convoy moved along the Moorooduc road to the base of Arthur’s Seat where we picked up an additional 2 Corvettes.

Manoeuvring up the hill to Arthur’s Seat we had a few minutes of rain, which ended by the time we reached the winery.
All 33 of us sat down to a wonderful meal, complemented by our choice of wine.
Sitting around a large table sipping wine, listening to a background singer with guitar and plenty of conversation with friends; it doesn’t get much better than that!

After the meal, we parted company except a number of us who decided to stop off at the antique market in Tyabb.
Looking forward to another pleasurable car club run in the future.
