Warragul Courthouse Run

On a day that initially looked fairly ominous, the morning cleared nicely for the cars to assemble at the 3 designated meeting points.
Although this was initially a Gippsland/Latrobe Valley group run, members of VicVettes and the Camaro group joined in from Melbourne, to make a great day out for all.

Five cars left Moe for a cruise west along the Old Sale Road, through Buln Buln, Crossover, Rokeby, Drouin, Brandy Creek and finally arriving into Warragul for lunch, just as the showers started.
The Melbourne group led by Allan Marshall left McDonalds Mulgrave with 6 cars before meeting the Camaro group at Berwick for a total convoy of 13 cars.

Their convoy headed out through Clyde, Bayles, Longwarry, Drouin, Brandy Creek and into Warragul just on 12.30 and all ready for lunch after the hour and a half cruise through the varying terrains of the run. Some areas for cruising and a few for some spirited acceleration for those that wanted to "have a little play".
A total of 41 people sat down to a smorgasbord lunch at the Courthouse Cafe and judging by the comments once again had an enjoyable afternoon of eating & socialising.
Congratulations to our raffle winners .. Marlean Baker who took home 2 bottles of wine and Ken Ballingall who won the 6 pack of Grand Ridge beers.
