19TH NATIONAL CORVETTE CONVENTION

Convention update - 15 January 2007
Hi everyone, it’s getting close now; we now have 98 Entrants with
181 people booked for the convention.
Congratulations to Phill Simpson from South Australia for winning the
Early Bird Draw of 3 nights accommodation.
Saturday Show’N’Shine is open to the public, but REMEMBER
you need to be an entrant if you wish to show your Vette, so get your
entries in.
Long distance travellers, please have your Vette serviced & checked
to help prevent any break downs, also we strongly recommend that you are
a member of a Motoring Club i.e.: RACQ, RACV, NRMA ETC.

Convention update - 12 July 2006
Hi everyone, only 8 months to go, it will be upon us before we know it
!!! Everything has been put
in place and the Committee is working very hard to make sure it all works
out, so everyone will have a great time at this BIG EVENT next year.
Now lets get down to business !!! If anyone can or would like to help
us (Interstate & Qld Corvette members) in the organising of Corvette
Heaven, give donations whether money to help offset costs or even items
for the goodies bag and the auction on Sunday night it would be much appreciated.
Remember we are supporting CAMP QUALITY which is a not-for-profit organisation
committed to bringing hope and happiness to the lives of children living
with cancer.
Most Club members know how much work will go into an event like this
and we all know that we will never have too many helpers so don’t
forget, more people will make our work load lighter so all including the
organisers will have a enjoyable & unforgettable weekend.
To date we have 13 early registrations for the convention, so keep those
entries coming in!

DON’T FORGET !!! To receive your discounted Convention rate, full
payment must be receipted before 31/12/06. Accommodation must also be
booked by the 31/12/06 either through us or direct to Radisson for you
to receive a $10 discount off the standard rate advertised per night.
