DESCRIPTION:  \nThis years birthday run is a weekend event at Castlemaine. \nFriday 27th May 2016: \n\nDeparting Melbourne @ 12 noon – pick up point McDonalds-Ring Road.\nProposed route for the run to Castlemaine on Friday: Departure time 12 noon\, Take the ringroad (M80)  to the Calder freeway. (M79) turn left at Mamsbury (C794)\, then turn left onto Malmsbury /Daylesford Rd. (C316) Turn left to Daylesford (A300) for coffee. …Then follow A 300. to Castlemaine  arrive at the Colonial Hotel \, Campbell St.\nArrive Castlemaine in the afternoon. Lunch will be your choice of place/food.\nCheck in at the Motel – Colonial or The Castle as per your pre-booking notification.\nDinner: 7 pm at the Cumberland Hotel.\n\nSaturday 28th May 2016: \n\nBreakfast\n11 am: Meet at Rod Hadfield’s Hot Rod Body Shop & Museum\, Pyrenees Highway\, Chewton.(Check out a video of one of Rod Hadfield’s toys here)\nPeople coming from Melbourne to Castlemaine on Saturday will meet up @ McDonalds-Ring Road\,  Departure time  9:30 am to reach Chewton by 11 am). Take the ringroad (M80)  to the Calder freeway\,  take the exit onto the Pyrenees Hwy (B180) at  Elphinstone\nLunch in Maldon as per your choice\n2:00 pm: Meet at the Grand Hotel\, Maldon for a drive up Mount Tarrengower lookout point.\n7:00 pm till late: Dinner @ The Railway Hotel\, Castlemaine.
