DESCRIPTION:Rescheduled from 2020 \nCAMPERDOWN BIRTHDAY RUN SCHEDULE\nAPRIL 17 & 18 2021 \n1. a Depart Melbourne on Sat 17th of April at 9am for 9:30 depart from Pier Street Port Melbourne. (Where the ferry Spirit of Tasmania docks…short drive to Westgate Fwy)\nTravel time 30min\n1. b. BP Service station at Little River on Geelong freeway 10am for 10:30 depart. Cars can fuel up here as required.\nTravel time 50min\n2. Arrive Winchelsea at 11.30am for a pee break and maybe a coffee near the information centre (To the right\, off\nPrinces Hwy).\nTravel time 30min\n3. Drive to Colac arrive around 12.15pm for lunch\, 1 hr\, lunch at the Colac Botanic Café Fyans St Colac turn right on Queen St off Princes Hwy 5232 2858 then head to Camperdown.\nTravel time 30min\n4. Drive to Dinny Goonan winery 2:30pm\, which is situated 10min left off the Princes Hwy (880 Winchelsea-Deans\nMarsh Rd) about 10k before Camperdown\, for some wine tasting 30min 5288 7100 James Halliday\n5. Head for Camperdown 3:10pm Arrive at accommodation\, The Cascade Motel 311 Manifold St. Parking for cars\nin front of Rooms 5593 1144 Michelle (Please note motels are on main road\, if you are a light sleeper there are\nalternative locations off the main road).\n6. Free time to explore the historic town\, Botanical gardens/Golf Course (Fenton st)\, heritage centre (Manifold St)\, Mt Leura Lookout (Adeney St to Mt Laura Rd). Camperdown is situated on an extinct Volcano the old craters have now become lakes.\n7. Dinner that evening at the Pub Bistro of the Hampden Hotel around 7:30 pm 228 Manifold St\, 5593 3185 Lucy\n8. Breakfast at a selection of cafes in the area\, then investigate the wonders of Camperdown\, things missed on\nSaturday arvo.\n9. Lunch at 1:00pm at Lake Purrumbete\, Lake Edge Café (very short drive out of Camperdown) Right turn 640\nPurrumbete Estate Rd. Cut the cake. 0447 616665 Lois\n10.
