SUMMARY:2022 Birthday Run
DESCRIPTION:The 48th Birthday Run is a single day event on 29th May 2022 \nIt will be an Observation run in the Dandenong’s with questions you will not have to leave the vehicle just observe and your passenger/s can write down the answers as you go. \nMeeting at the Robert Gordon Pottery 114 Mulcahy Rd\, Pakenham VIC 3810 from 8am for an 8.45 am departure.\nThe Pottery incluides Nancys Coffee Shop inside so browse\, grab a coffee and wait for the departure time.\na word of caution go easy at the coffee shop because at our 10am stop you will be receive a free egg/bacon roll and coffee. \nWe then travel to Elephant Rock (about 30 min) to do a bit of legal graffiti so bring some old\nrattle cans and go to town on the rock………. we have allowed 30 min of graffiti fun.\nThen it’s to “Over the Road” (about 10min) where 2 Coffee Shops will handle the crowd and to speed things up\, we will pre order standard coffees from the Rock.\nNext stop is Dr Tate’s Farm where two steam trains will be running on a private track with its own turntable so if you have children bring them along. \nThis property is not open to the general public and it will take about 40 min travel time\nWe have allowed 2 hours at Dr Tate’s\, depending on the weather\nLeaving about 1.40pm for the Pine Grove Hotel where we have reserved the Wild Fire Deck\, for late lunch with arrival scheduled for 2.15/2.30pm. (we will liaise with the Hotel for an earlier lunch if the weather is a problem). \nA 3 Course Meal with tea/coffee has been arranged at $34.00 per head (payment is required in advance).\nThere will be a choice of two starters and two mains with dessert being the Birthday Cake served with ice-cream followed by the tea & coffee. \nEach Vehicle entered will receive a bottle of Commemorative Port\, raffle and Observation Run prizes are to be won along with President’s Choice for best club vehicle. \nTo book\,  email iancole1946@outlook.com  including the following details\nYour MEMBERSHIP NUMBER___________ Your Name___________________________\nThe Name of all others in your party_________________________________________\nVehicles Entered (basic info only) ___________________________________________\nNumbers for lunch at $34 per head__________________________________________ \nPayment can be made by either a direct deposit to the club account\n– BSB 083231 Account 691277649.\n– Or mailing to P.O.
