DESCRIPTION:Expressions of interest needed for a proposed event \n3rd  January 2027 \nCars Food and Music\nAs part of the Gippsland Chapter’s calendar of events for the first half of the new year 2027 we are proposing a car event/gathering in conjunction with other reputable car clubs in the Gippsland area. Initial discussions with the venue another Club have taken place and we are working together to pull this off. \nI’m seeking your feedback on this topic and I’m asking do you think you would attend / participate in this proposal \nHere are some key points of interest.  \n1. Date . Sunday 3rd January 2027. \n2.Location : Parnassus Function Centre \n    ( multi award winning Wedding venue )\n    180 Lardners Track Drouin East.\nApproximately 103kms from Melbourne CBD. Nice easy cruise from Melbourne.  \n3.Cost : $40 per person which covers your meal & some form of live entertainment. \n4. Meal is a Parma & Chips.Drinks are available at bar prices.  \n5. 11am start runs for about 4 hrs. \n6. Will be a “Ticketed event” so people will need commitment\, pay up front etc. \n7. Closed off to the public.  \n8. Require a minimum number of 100 people.  \nClearly it’s early days so wanted to get some sort of expressions of interest\,to get a feel at this stage of who would like to participate. January will come around before we know it so we must act on this now.\nThis invitation is to all members of the Chevrolet Car Club of Victoria\, including sub-groups. \nPlease talk with your fellow members and pass on this information. Depending on the numbers we may even arrange a cruise with multiple meeting points\, I think it’d be a great day out.\nI look forward to hearing back from you and your feedback.
