The Festival Committee thanks all Signposters for their early interest in the 44^th Festival

The Committee has just spent another few days in Yarrawonga pulling all the loose threads

together to make this a super festival.

If you have booked accommodation make sure your deposit is paid and we suggest you

DOUBLE CHECK that all is in order.

If you are still to book, we suggest you get a  “Chevy “ wriggle on as places are filling fast

There are limited multiperson cabins and lots of Caravan / camping sites available at

Next option is better than motel type accommodation at Club Mulwala RSL directly across the river from the Holiday Park with 48 upgraded and very affordable suites available to us

Any “spill over “ from the Yarrawonga Holiday Park will find accommodation a little further around the Lake at the NRMA Caravan Park which has 38 cabins available to us.

The Dinner will be held at the RSL which is a super venue and was recently upgraded.

Runs are organized and depending on the numbers we may split them to make them more manageable or you may be waiting a long time for a coffee at the end.

Speaking of coffee, all runs will be sent off from Club Mulwala so for example if your run kicks off at 9am get there earlier and have a coffee and / or a full breakfast all at Club member prices.

The main Saturday run has other interesting venues around it  ….no more or the surprise is lost

With the Show and Shine at the Lake expect around 200 stalls to the left and possibly two

Paddle steamers moored directly out front so any children will have lots to occupy them

Now to the apparel …we have super polo shirts, bucket hats, baseball caps and stubby holders

All with our great logo on them and in the case of the polo shirts the logo is embroided and all will make great keepsakes (children sizes are available) so make sure your order is filled in.

Welcome to our Festival Newsletter              SIGNPOST TWO.

We hope you had a great Xmas, New Year and are not affected by the terrible bush fires sweeping our nation.

The Early Bird take up has been fantastic and we held this Newsletter up a few days to get a clearer picture on accommodation,

At the Holiday Park four river view cabin remain which can sleep 9 people each.

Welcome to our page dedicated to the 44th National Chevrolet Festival in October 2020. We hope you find the info informative and answers your questions at this early stage.

As we proceed towards the festival the SIGNPOST will be updated (note that we kick off with SIGNPOST ONE now) with more information on the actual weekend program to follow.

Initial accommodation bookings have surged and we can no doubt thank S.A. for that as they ran an excellent 43^rd Festival. Yarrawonga Holiday Park has all villas (cabins) now booked so there is only Caravan or camping sites available.

• The Mulwala Resort has 60 Motel rooms available – 5744 1245
• Capricorn Motor Inn (next door) has 12 rooms available – 5744 3813

REMEMBER: TO OBTAIN THE DISCOUNT, YOU MUST SAY IT IS FOR THE 44^th CHEVROLET FESTIVAL!

We will update this list before JAN 1^ST 2020.

A constant will be that all registrations will be at the Holiday Park but to avoid traffic congestion, runs will be from the Mulwala Resort also.
