June Run Broadford

Broadford Cars and COFFEE Sunday 15th June

We will leave the Clubrooms at 7.30 am ( I know it’s early ) and travel directly to Broadford via the
Ring Road and Hume Freeway arriving around 9.30 am
After parking our cars, we can begin to admire all the “pride and joys” while enjoying a coffee and a
bite to eat from one of Broadford’s cafes / eateries which will be open.
At 11.30am we will pull up stumps and head to the FLOWERDALE HOTEL for lunch….arriving around
noon.
ADDRESSES
DISPLAY CARS will be parked at the Northern end of High St between the Stutys Bakehouse and the
Mitchell Shire Offices………since it commences at 9am and early birds roll up at 8am, park where you
can.
Depending on numbers you park on both sides of the road plus adjoining service roads.

OVERVIEW.
I think it’s the 52 nd time the event will be held and the foodie part of the Town will be open.
There is no focal point you can contact like say an “Event Master” so it’s a first for me.
Hail ,rain or shine it’s on and if you check out the Facebook page it is pretty impressive when they
are just a group of “rev heads” who have organised a casual get together and it should be a lot of
fun.
The crowd thickens from around 10am to 11am and its on hail rain or shine as previously stated.
There is only one way to find out and, now “the green machine purrs” it will be in our convoy.
